Infringement Notification Process

Include sufficient contact information—such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address—so that we may contact you. - Identification of Copyrighted Work:
Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, and include at least one search term under which the material appears in EduHole.Com search results. - Statement of Accuracy and Authority:
Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. - Signature:
Your notice must be signed by the authorized person acting on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right.
