Infringement Notification Process

  4. Statement of Accuracy and Authority:
    Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  5. Signature:
    Your notice must be signed by the authorized person acting on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right.
